About Our Staff...

Our staff are all practicing professionals. We believe that students are best served by instructors who regularly perform the services that they teach. Please take a minute to meet our staff.

Judith Montore has been a successful stylist, salon owner and school owner for over 20 years. As President of Concord Academy of Hair Design, she was, and remains, the most well-respected teacher of industry professionals. Always the innovator, Ms. Montore expanded the school's curriculum to include Nail Technology, Instructor Training and Esthetics. At present, her focus is on the ever-changing Spa, Day Spa and Medical Esthetics industry.

Kate Riley has been active in the business of skin care and makeup since 1972. First as a makeup artist and beauty advisor, then as an account executive and later as an educator in the prestige cosmetic and fragrance industry, Ms. Riley brings wide-ranging experience. Kate owned and operated the successful Self-Renewal Skin Care and Spa in Concord, NH, which now serves as our Spa/Clinic facility. She serves as Director of Education and Curriculum Development.

Jan Teuber has been very active in the field of natural foods and skin care. Her holistic approach to total body wellness enhances her understanding of how mind, body and spirit affect the skin. Ms. Teuber comes to the institute after a successful skincare practice and serves as the manager of our Client Clinic.

Kate Pariseau brings to the Esthetics Institute a background in the medical field and in natural foods and cosmetics. Her understanding of medical protocol enhances the Advanced Clinical Esthetics program. Kate's experience and humor make for valuable and enjoyable learning.

Sarah Lodi joined the Esthetics Institute after performing successfully as both an Esthetician and as Spa Director for a Destination Spa in New Hampshire. Her technical and business skills are employed to assist both day and evening students in all aspects of running a Spa business.
